Dale has been the go to guy for tax advice from the local TV stations such as WTMJ 4 & Fox News. It was the motivation to help others that led him to start his own practice: “I love to teach others how to succeed in business and achieve personal financial freedom.”
He believes his own experience helps him provide better advice to others. “I learned a lot from the experience of starting the business and from the ups and downs over more than thirty years. I’m still growing and learning every day.”
He believes strongly in the importance of education to help business owners succeed and his firm actively gives clients information to help them make the best possible business decisions. Outside of work, Dale and his wife have three children and he coaches youth sports. As well as contributing to the community and assisting young people, he believes coaching sports allows him to both use and develop his consulting skills.

Lori joined Team Hammernik in January 2016 as our Administrative Assistant. Long ago, she began her education at UW-Whitewater as an accounting major. So in some way, life has come full circle. Leaving Whitewater with a degree in Social Work meant the interest in accounting would have to wait.
Lori spent many years as a Social Worker working with children and families involved with the juvenile court system and most recently in elementary education. Years of watching her two boys, Trevor (21) and Bryan (19) participate in baseball, basketball and football led to a hobby of sport photography. Football is a passion for the whole family; her husband is in his 30th year of coaching High School football, Trevor works with the UW-Whitewater football program, and Bryan is a Division 1 Offensive Lineman for Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton, FL. Lori is looking forward to football road trips this fall! Lori is a fan of cooking, photography, beading, quilting, and everything crafty.
Lori’s favorite quote is, “Life is like a camera, you focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, take another shot.”
Lori hopes to ensure our office is the most organized, efficient and welcoming one around!
